oeSENC & NOAA ENC Charts Not Loading

I am having issues with my installed charts not loading on startup.

I have to re-download and install charts each time I start OpenCPN. This was working fine until I updated the Mas OS to Catalina. Anyone else experiencing this? Are there fixes?

I've seen some similar issue after updating to Catalina.

Workaround:

- remove the chart set from the Chart Directory list
- add it again

This happened to charts in directories different from those where program data are stored. For example in our case in "user/documents/charts"...
