odd behavior of "changes" file integration after Ocpn interruption

The problem occurs after this process:
-start with a couple of isolated way points and be sure the "changes" file is empty ( its easyer for the test)
- create a route using these way points
- create an brutal interruption ( for test, I did that by closing the debugger, but I had the problem after a real crash )
- the "changes" file contains my route ... good
- start Ocpn
- my route is here, the changes has been successfully integreted ... good
- the problem is in the route manager dialog / waypoints, all the way points used in the new route are shown two times (see shot attached)
closing once more Ocpn and reopen fix the problem

Tested with the same result with linux mint and W10
