OCPN, GRIB, under MAC, Grib tools

Hello Dave,

This thread to report a request from a French sailor who:
- uses O461 on a MAC
- Do not master the English enough to post here himself.

The attachment to this post is a film made by another French sailor who notices the same problem.

This problem does not exist under Windows or Linux Ubuntu. This is a problem on MAC that already existed with previous versions and that continues with 4.6 and 4.6.1.

This problem concerns the GRIB plugin.

Once opened, when the plugin toolbar is visible, if you try to move the map area, then the toolbar of the Grib plugin goes under the OpenCPN window.

After that, it must be brought back to the surface to manipulate the Grib data.

The French sailors wish this fault to be solved. I assume all users of O on MAC want the same thing.
