OCPN Draw Installation Fail

Followed the instructions to put the line 'CatalogExpert=1' in the 'Plugins' section of the configuration file.

Updated the Plugin Catalog Master file.

OCPN Draw is not visible in the Plugin list.

What did I do wrong?

You did not switch to the Beta catalog, draw is not yet available in master.

I can see it in pretty much every post answering questions about the draw plugin and O5.8, but it probably is just me.
