I've pushed a pull request with a new potfiles.in and a updated POT file based on the new ini file. Once merged Dave/Pavel can load the new POT-file to Crowdin.

Taarnskov, can you post a screenhot of the way that alarm is configured? I mean a screenshot of the "Edit Alarm Window", see the example I have attached.

Taarnskov,

The alarm you have set up is not really an anchor alarm.
A Boundary-Anchor alarm is meant to alarm you when you get outside a specific boundary (and then you have to tell Watchdog the GUID of that specific boundary).

The alarm you have set up is a Boundary-Distance alarm. In your setup it should get triggered when you get nearer than 3 nm from any boundary. In that setting there is indeed no need to insert a Boundary GUID.

If I draw a boundary and set up an alarm exactly the same way you did, it works on my system. The alarm gets triggered as soon as the boat gets nearer than 3 nm from a boundary.

You could try the following:

1. Make sure you are using the latest version of Watchdog pluging (WD). That is version 1.9021.

2. In the Watchdog Configuration Window you could click "disable all alarms" and "OK". Then call up the Watchdog Configuration Window again and click "enable all alarms" and "OK".

3. Make sure the alarm is indeed enabled in the Watchdog Window (is there a black X in the checkbox?) next to "Boundary Distance"?

In the manual for Watchdog the Watchdog Window is shown in picture S-WDpi-06 and the Watchdog Configuration Window is shown in picture S-WDpi-07.

Your PR not merged yet. But if you will send me direct the .pot file, I'll post it. That way the translators can get started now.

Thanks
Dave

Taarnskov, Correct not for the general boundary and I didn't. The alert shows the nearest GUID it found.
For the Anchor and Guard zone you've to enter a GUID though.

re:"The strange thing is that it sais that there is more than 3nm to a boundary. there is only 120 m."
The logic would be that the actual position is more then your limit 3 NM away?

I has happened a lot the latest days both in OD, Watchdog and OCPN that are connected to each others. I may be your OCPN and the plugins need to be updated. If you not build from source it could be worth to await a new OCPN beta release and plugins update. I think a new OCPN RC beta is ready soon.

Re: Ocpn-Draw and Boundary

Hakan, and translators...

The .pot of ocpn_draw_pi has been uploaded to crowdin. Lots of new strings just begging for translation.

Dig in...

Thanks
Dave

Re: Ocpn-Draw and Boundary

I believe I have converted all the ones that will show on the UI. I had not updated the POT file as I had no idea how to do it. I have now modified the cmake to generate the POT file from the lists of sources and includes, so hopefully it will now be complete.

Re: Ocpn-Draw and Boundary

Håkan, Dave,
Sorry about this but I have just updated the cmake process to build the POT file (when you want it) from the list of sources and includes (yes there are strings in there as well). No *.in files are generated but the POT is. I have attached it here as it is 1k bigger than the one just uploaded.

Regards
Jon
