OCPN Draw 1.8 available

There are two different versions of "Frontends" for Plugin Manager.

Jon's useful programming for the new Plugin Manager is called "Frontend2". Testplugin_pi the main example for "Frontend2" for other developers.

Dave's github.com/bdbcat/oesenc_pi and rgleason/vdr_pi are examples of "Frontend1"

Check out this screenshot of the latest version of OpenCPN (708). In this context menu, there remains an item for Draw which is not translated.

However, this item is present, and translated, in the Crowdin language file.

I alerted Dave, but I'm also alerting you to make the necessary correction.
