OCPN 3.2.2 Crash with a ENC chart of Nederland.

Hello Dave,

OCPN 3.2.2, W 7 starter, ASUS 1015 HA, 10'

I use some ENC's Nederland chart that I download recently from Nederland web site.

There is a chart that always causes a crash OpenCPN.

Here my log file. (Remove ".doc" for read it)

I get this crash as well, on Linux using the latest Dutch ENC edition from June 14th and O 3.3.604. Chart 1R5YM012.000 causes the crash. See FS#1028 FS#1028 : Another dutch ENC problem..

The problem that I speak is the same that Thomas, with the same chart.

Corrected in current github master.

Root cause of the problem is invalid encoding of the ENC by the publisher.
On the next Beta, OpenCPN log will give more information, which may be used to inform the publisher of the exact nature of the faulty record in the ENC cell.
