Oh I hate the s63 process.

I had them installed under ProgramData - they expired so I put the new charts and permit.txt in \Charts\NZ ENC

It shows as installed and the directory selected, and I can see the 2026 expiry - but no S63 charts are selectable at the location (which should have them)
