No RNC charts

Hello,

I have just downloaded OpenCPN and am following the YouTube video on installing charts. This video was made for the Chesapeake bay area.

I can see and updated 359 ENC charts for Region 04. But when I try to download the RNC charts for Region 04, it shows 0 charts.

Am I missing something? This is my first time trying out this software since Navionics took away the route planning feature. So I am hoping this will be a replacement.

What's best to use when traveling on the iCW? Are there any options that show marina names and routes like Navionics had?
