NGW-1-USB to Seatalkng network

Is anyone using this configuration. I'm having trouble with True wind and true wind speed displaying in Opncpn. I know the information is available on the seatalkng network because it displays on my chart-plotter (raymarine chartplotter)
Also, if outputting autopilot "navigate to here" from opencpn, the autopilot does not recognize anything - no track available.

I believe that Seatalk assume true wind will be calculated locally at the device with the other data that is available. However I do note that the seatalk to nmea specs available have a sentence that permits true T or apparent,.
I believe Big Tom is working on a version that does calc True when possible (data is available).
