New win10 pc missing chart downloaded

Went to new win10 pc from old win7 pc both with 5.0 and chart downloaded tab is missing. Am I missing something?

There's no known way to switch Chart Downloader tab off. Could it be you've to drag the options window to be broader the first time you use version 5?

Go to Options-Plugins-ChartDownloader and make sure that it is activated.
