New OpenPlotter/OpenCPN: Chart downloads report as failed but don't appear so

OpenCPN 5.6.2 on rPi4 latest OpenPlotter download as of today. 2022-07-18-OpenPlotter-v2-starting-stable-64bit

(more on the "stable" shortly, I'm not finding it so)

Downloading either RNC or ENC via USCG stations I get a handful of charts reported as failed to download however I cannot identify any failures. Each chart lists as up to date.

Is is a spurious error, poor text, or the UI doesn't indicate which one failed?

I just wiped all charts and catalogs and started over. Tried to download RNCs for 07 CGD - South Carolina etc

"67 of 186 charts failed to download"

All charts on the list say "Up to date"
