Re: Moving toolbar

gregka..
The three horizontal lines on the top are often called the "Hamburger".
Grab the hamburger with the mouse pointer and drag the bar to desired location.
(Hold the mouse pointer over it. Press the left button and move it. Release the button on the desired position.)

Re: Moving toolbar

If it is a touch screen, then moving of toolbar is disabled normally. Too many moving parts, and chance to accidentally move the toolbar.

So, please go to OPCN Settings->UI->Touch Screen Interface. Disable the touch screen interface temporarily. Close settings. You should now be able to touch the toolbar on the 3-bar hamburger, and drag it where you like it. Re-enable Touch Screen Interface when finished.

Re: Moving toolbar

Thank you so much. The problem was the touch screen interface being on.

Re: Moving toolbar

I am having the same issue. I have a new download of OPENCPN from today. My toolbar starts in the middle of the screen every time. I am on Windows 11 with touchscreen laptop. I have disabled and enabled the "touchscreen" setting in OpenCPN Settings with no improvement. I can move it to the side fine, but next time I load program it is the same...in the middle.
