" measure " failt?

Hello,

opencpn 4.0 on my new Lenovo yoga 2 11" with Win 8.1 has the following problem:

if i switch " measure " on the the pencil comes up.
When i click with the left the box comes up and showes 090° 0 m and Route 0.00m.

But when i move the cursor ( pencil ) there is no change on this until i click the next time.
Than it shows in the second line the added miles, but no changes in the first line.

Hope i can discribe it so you can understand my problem.
