Maps problem

Hallo,
i got a problem. I saw that some of you got a global map of europe with main towns. I got only blue outline of europe and yellow lines of enc maps. Can somebody help me with that ? could you tell me step by step how to change it ? becouse without this is a problem with finding anything.

You need a larger scale chart. Don't think that exists as a separate enc chart from any country. What you have seen is probably the worldwide CM93 chart which does give you a zzomed out view including major cities.
