So I got Square Deal by holding down double click the screen. But still do not have buoy lights

Then it occurred to me I'm only got the Dave register download it maybe I have to download the other one at 2 and that will combine both I don't know

Can you show us a screen-shot (or camera pix) of your charts with missing buoy lights?

Please check your options->Charts->vector Chart Display->Display category.

To see lights, you need "Standard" mode.
