Importing tracks

Where are tracks saved at to import?
2 separate pc's. All tracks/routes gone!.
So...1st PC while underway..crashed. shut down. Unplugged,pulled battery. Upon restart,all tracks/routes gone. Please help.

Save your navobj.xml files. There are 5 numbered files, save them now. Don't restart Opencpn until you do that! These are found in your user programdata/opencpn folder, depending on the OS.
