Hi everyone,
We are developing an internal application that uses ROS (Robot Operating System) for autonomous
navigation.
We are interested in using the S-63
ENC data to:
1. generate and update a costmap for our
navigation stack, and
2. render
ENC layers on a web interface for monitoring and planning (rather than on a traditional ECDIS device).
We would like to make sure we follow all IHO and vendor licensing requirements.
Do anyone know about
:
- The appropriate licensing model or agreement for programmatic access to S-63 data,
- How we can obtain permits or keys for use in a custom
software environment
