Green Arrow for Cursor

In some versions of OpenCPN that I'm running, the cursor changes to alarger green arrowhead when you get close to a boundary. That's very helpful for finding the cursor when the sun is shining on the screen. In other versions, I don't have that green arrow. How do I turn it on.

Also, how do I change the size and orientation of the toolbar where all of the PllugIn symbols are displayed. I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4 and OpenCPN 5.8.0 with the Bullseye operating system 64 bit.
