Fullscreen button in toolbar

Having a button available to enable and disable the full screen wiew on the toolbar would be very useful for tablet users like me. Using the F11 key is uncomfortable on tablets with on-screen keyboar in both, windows and Ubuntu.

Would it be too complicated to include that button in the new OCpn version 5?

Maybe as a plugin?
