enc chARTS NOT showing up

I have down loaded charts from NOAA. All enc. Most show up but for some reason the lower Florida and keys detail maps will not load. They are in my chart directory,
I did a search and my search yielded 600 pages of ENC. Overwhemed I am.

Your "missing charts" are probably not downloaded....
When you say

They are in my chart directory

What does that mean exactly?

Let's have a look at the chart US5FL98M in 1:40,000 covering Boot Key/Marathon. This chart has a catalogue named US5FL98M. The catalogue contains a number of files. The most important being US5FL98M.000, which is the chart itself. If this file is not present, no chart is shown.
Please check your "missing charts" again....

Try to update your charts. That should fix missing charts.

Select your charts then press "Update" and then "Download".


Right click to select charts. Then press "Download selected charts"
