ENC Charts Buoy Name

I often use scanned charts.
As I found this link on the forum : iENC overzicht van Nederland | RIS portal Nederland
I decided to try those charts. It's not bad for free charts but the name of the boys are unreadable as they are under de mark itself.
I tested with vector charts. The same problem appears. Settings problem or display bug ?

Thanks for the help

Pegase,
hard to say what you are refering to. I attached a random screenshot of the Dutch IENC chart without any special setting in OCPN config and think there are no major visual problems. If your experience is different, please post at least the coordinates so I can check whether the problem is in the chart or the rasterization rules.

On your screenshot you can easily read most of the names of the boy. In my case most of the names are hide by the drawing. To identify them, I need to make a object querry (right click). I'll post a screenshot asap.

only one name is readable

For whatever reason the Inland Ecdis standard defines the rendering of the names for the boylat objects with smaller font than the IHO standard does for BOYLAT. So the "error" actually were the readable names of the buoys...
As it's quite harmless to increase the size, I've created a modified version of the rules, which you can download from http://github.com/nohal/RleData/raw/...e/S52RAZDS.RLE and replace the file installed in C:\Program Files\OpenCPN\s57data
I'm not going to submit it for inclusion with the official release yet as I don't like the fact that the bigger texts interfere with the topmarks of the buoys, so it will be necessary to play with the placement a little bit. Will do it when I find enough time and nerves to dig into the inland stuff again, as it's kind of a never ending story.
