downloading Tactics Plugin

Hello all,
this is my first post in this forum.
I have installed Open CPN 4.8.0 Build 2017-08-11 and i want to test Tactics add-on.
But I am unable to download tactic plugin from "http://opencpn.navnux.org/plugins/tactics_pi/tactics_pi-1.0007-ov4.2-win32.exe".
Bitdefender Antivirus (anti malware filter) blocks the page.

Any other adress to download ?
Can i override Bitdefender Safely ?

Try Opencpn Beta File Thingie [do a google search]

Use rguser rgpass to get in.

Go to the 4.2-4.8 plugins directory. You will find it there.

Defender will probably object as well. You may have to override it.
I have had to do that with Norton Security on occassion.
