Display Issue

I have been using Seaclear II which I like, but am trying to make OpenCPN work for me since it can use ENC charts (I like north to be up!). I am having a problem showing multiple charts on my screen at once. Please see the attached screen shot. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Chart quilting is not implemented (yet) - so you can only be on one chart or the other.

Interesting, I don't it would be a big issue while cruising unless I want to zoom out, but it does seem to make it more difficult to build routes when the waypoints span more than one chart. I guess I could use the raster charts for route planning and the ENC charts for cruising.

Thanks for the info

Learning a new program presents problems until you get your knowledge level up.

See if this helps. From the help file.

If creating a route which extends off the currently displayed chart, move the route cursor into the desired area, Right-Click and select 'MAX DETAIL HERE' or 'Scale Out'. This will give you a chart showing the area under your mouse pointer without ending the route. Continue creating the route, using Right-Click drop-down menu, zoom wheel, or courser keys as necessary to change chart, scale, and/or zoom or to move the chart under your cursor. Practice to see which combination and methods work best for you.
