Display hardware

I was reading this article:

Avilution: Avionics from scratch - AOPA

And after researching the Dynon Skyview 10" display, it occurred to me that it's probably using a standard Intel x86 arch embedded display and how nifty it might be if someone could identify a source for these devices so that we could try OCPN on them (I particularly like how the Dynon system has a backup battery).

Anyone have a lock on a good source for these displays?
