Disable some hotkeys (doesn't work)

I'm trying to make a build with some hotkeys disabled.

For example, I comment out a line in chcanv.cpp 3017
and this solution stopped working, the S key still works.

Previously, this method disabled the S hotkey.

I'm building VS 2022
disabling hotkeys won't work if you build only the opencpn project.
You need to rebuild the entire solution
