Daily Track, Anchor Watch, Layers Visibility . . .

I just posted 3 patches to flyspray. The main points are:

1. Assign a sensible name to daily tracks (local date for "today")
2. Allow for greater distance limit/default in Anchor Watch (settable in .ini)
3. Preserve layer visibility state per layer name

As per many requests I would like to increase the number of Anchor Watch Points ("geofences", as Garmin calls them, I think), but first the Forums - Post 774828">GUID-IRJDSUNE9932123321222xxeww-issue has to be sorted out somehow...

I hope this makes it to 2.6.x
