Conversion of ENC to SENC format

Before the first viewing of a new ENC chart, I understand that it has to be converted to SENC format.

Question: Is there any way to do the conversions all at once on a chart group so when you scroll through an area later, all the conversions have already been completed?

If I've done that (on Android) and there is both a ENC and a SENC Folder, can I delete the ENC Folder to save storage space?
