And one more think. In VS command prompt, before doing cmake .., what does

say? Is the path to vc_dll really there?

I restarted windows couple times then started (magical ) working with standart CMakeList.txt.

Finally i got result - opencpn.exe


Pavel, thank you very much for help. One more question i got compile on windows xp, could i do this on windows 7 ?

It does not matter on which Windows version you build - I do the official packages on XP because it's what's in my VM, but at some point I did the builds on everything up to Win8 without having to touch anything in the process.

I just downloaded archive from website not from git
Git will be next work
