CM93 New Update

I have 2 questions about CM93v2 with OpenCPN and would be grateful for any help.
1. Is anyone aware of a new update of the CM93v2 Chartset? I have "come across" a chart set that seems to have updated charts from 2014. I was under the impression that the last update was in 2012. Please see attached picture and the chart information "Updated:" field.

2. Is anyone aware of a tool that allows the binary chart files to be "read" for their embedded chart information details? I understand that there is no format documentation and the best way is to look at the OpenCPN source code. But before starting my own development project I thought I asked if anyone has gone through the trouble of writing a utility that extract the data?
Reason being - there seem to be newer but also older charts in the set that I have "come across" and if possible I would like to augment my existing set with any newer charts that are in the set.
