Just discovered this new plug-in.

A nice complementary control.

Bug: Under Windows 8.1 when disabling the title bar one can't drag the slider anymore

Noted, I'll make a tracker item if you'd like, or put it in Issues on github.
Suggest you leave title bar and last checked.

Same for Win10
