Charts not Displaying

Ok maybe I'm doing something wrong, but for the life of me I cannot get OpenCPN to properly display raster charts of the Fort Myers (ICW) area.

As a troubleshooting step, I put the same charts in OpenCPN and Polarview. Polarview displays them perfectly, but OpenCPN doesn not. Here are a couple of screen shots..

What is happening? Why is OpenCPN doing this?

The largest scale chart for the area is skewed (as you can see in the left of the charts "piano" bar). OpenCPN does not quilt skewed charts with non-skewed ones. To switch to the largest scale chart just click on it in the piano.
