Not sure what charts you need / want. US charts are available from NOAA

Opencpn has a chartdownloader plug-in that can download free charts for US and several other areas. Not shure if this plug-in still is available for Andriod, but if not, Install opencpn on a PC, use the chart downloader to download the charts and copy them to your tablet.

OpenCPN on Android does come with the Chart Downloader. Here is a link to a post in the OpenCPN Android support forum where a video is available.

Apart CM93 old who drags the net, I do not think that currently, for the Android version, there are raster charts available in Ireland.

However, if as is hoped, the plugin S63 is carried in the Android version, you can buy at Chartworld vector charts.
Similarly, if the publisher publishes English VisitmyHarbour raster charts so that they are displayed on the version of android OpenCPN You can buy charts of Irelands and probably also those of England.
But as I wrote, it remains to come, eventually.
