Chart with file Extension .CAP display problems

Hello
I am a new member, and I am having a problem reading/displaying my charts on the OpenCPN version 4.0.0 software, which download OK.
I added the charts to the program with out problems.
Problem is:
I can not read/display the charts with extension .CAP (BSB format)
I can read/display the charts with extension .KAP (BSB format)

The .CAP charts are the encrypted BSB4 format, you need to have them properly installed and the respective plugin to use them.

I have the charts installed, because I can see the titles in the chart window.
Question: Where do I find the plugin you spoke about, and what is the name of plugin I am looking for.
