Chart File Compression

Hi,


I compressed the full US RNC set (6.5 GB) on a win10 box and it went through, but
- could be a case of 'pop-under' dialog boxes. Could you double check you it's not the case for you?



- dialog.hide doesn't seem to work all the time !!
- adding some wxyield calls make it more responsive but it'd have side effects.


- IMO these dialog boxes called from dialog box aren't great UI.

I've also compressed a 6.8GB set but was confused by the pop-up information.

I tried it on USCG-06-rnc and it took awhile to compress, reduced space by 1/2 and worked fine after clicking on a chart button when zoomed in. I did not notice very much of a lag decompressing, maybe some reluctance to open files...
I think it is worthwhile for space restricted machines.
