Can't Get ENC to Show

More info: The log I sent previously and annotated as good, is not. It would not display the highest resolution raster even though the four directories were identified separately. I loaded only the NOAA raster and ENCs and both ENC and Raster lowest resolution charts showed fine. Here's the log:

I then loaded the remaining two directories individually and all was well. I closed OpenCPN, reopened and rebuilt with all 4 and all was well. Here's the log of that final build:
