I have a big problem. I just can't manage to load my ENC cards on Open cpn.
The fingerprint is right, the chartpermit is okay and also the install permit is okay.
Can someone tell me how to proceed step by step to finally work with the charts in OpenCPN?
I'm using the latest version of OpenCpn, have installed the necessary plugins and the whole thing runs, or doesn't run on MacOSX Mojave last version.

Regarding your log file you have two different users where OpenCPN is looking for data:
/Users/AG/Library/Preferences/opencpn/s63/s63charts/49
and
/Users/arwed/Library/Preferences/opencpn/
