Cannot find s63_pi.log, have decrypt poblem

I am in dialog Options>s63 Charts>Chart Cells and have successfully run the “Import Cell Permits...” and the “Import Charts/Updates...” button to load the ENC Base data.

I then ran the “Import Charts/Updates...” button again this time to load the Cell Update data. I then ran the SENC data build. This process finished with a Warning that some errors had occurred.

I can not find s63_pi log on my system to see what went wrong. Does a file log exist and if so where is it?

I scanned the on screen dialog output and found and copied the following error extracts:

I then downloaded a fresh ENC Base and matching ENC Update and repeated the process with a similar outcome.

Does anyone know what is going wrong.

SSE21 indicates that the corresponding cell permit is invalid.

We have seen two issues in the past:
- damaged cell permit
- no valid permit for the file as the cell is still in the delivery set but has been substituted by (a) different one(s)

If you can exclude this two option we will have to have a look on your specific data. We would need your Permit.txt file plus the offending cells from your download set. Drop them to info o-charts.org please.

I agree the problem is a permits issue which I will look into and debug if I can but I am pushed for time over the next few weeks so I will advise when I have had a good look.

Is there a s63_pi.Log file on the system? I could not find one.
