Cannot activate BSB4 Plugin

I had a problem making my Caribbean Charts visible on my computer today. So deinstalled OpenCPN, downloaded and installed a clean copy then downloaded and copied the BSB4 plugin to the plugin directory. The Plugin is not showing up in options/plugins. What do I need to do to make this plugin active?

I am in the process of reinstalling the app - once I complete and download the Plugin I'll post the log file. Even when I had the plugin in the plugin directory it was not being recognized by OPNCPN.

After it is installed in the plug-in directory, I think you have restart the computer / or restart the program. Then enable it in the options > plugins toolbar.

Make sure that the folder with the charts in selected options> charts>loaded charts tab. And then force a rebuild.

After reinstalling the app, I downloaded the BSB4 plugin and placed it in the plugin directory, restarted the program and even tried to reboot just in case. The Plugin is not being detected for some reason.

Just noticed that the system does not like the plugin! What now?

Problem solved. The version of the plugin from the download site was .v10. Copied the .v12 plugin from my navigation computer and things are back to normal!

Which "download site" are you referring to?
