BSB4 Plugin problem

Hi Everyone,
I've been poking around this forum for a LONG time.. and it has been very helpful. I can almost always find the answer to my question in previous posts. This is the first time I've felt it necessary to Register, and post.

My problem is with the BSB4 plugin. Tonight I eagerly installed my Canadian BSB4 chart package, and everything there went well. I then went to install the BSB4 plugin for opencpn, and no matter what I do, I cannot get the plugin to display in the plugin manager. I just continually get:

"Incompatible PlugIn detected:C:\Program Files
x86)\OpenCPN\plugins\bsb4_win32_pi15_v10_pi.dll"

..in the log file.

This is what I've tried:
1. Restart OCPN
2. Reboot computer
3. Remove OCPN, reinstall
4. Remove current plugins other that BSB4

Anyway... Maybe someone else has been through this and has some sage advice. I thought unpacking the encrypted charts would be the hard part.
