Atlantic crossing: Tracks download

Hello!
I will be crossing the Atlantic in november, from the Canaries to the Caribbean. I would like to download the tracks from other boats that have done just the same route. Where can I find these tracks?

If this is not possible, what info is there available online for this passage?

Bluesipp's Track Library has tracks for the crossing and also more detailed tracks for Canaries, Cape Verde and for East Caribbean. I hope they can be helpful. Should you be planning to continue westwards there is a wealth of tracks for Central America and the Pacific.
