You will need to generate the corresponding InstallPermit for the RasPi and then install the cell
permit and cells on it.
There is no way "just to copy" the eSENC, needs the install process always.
And be aware the "Install media", i.e. the Root_enc directory you are installing from, has to be and stay on the target machine.
One can't for example take the install media on an USB stick, install and
plug the stick out - No, No!
So the best in the case of the RasPi or similar devices is to create a chart directory on a SD card, which stays on the RasPi (if you have not already such a directory for the rest of
charts..)
We have reports from others running S-63 without problems on RasPis 2 & 3.
