AIS Decoder

Hello folks.
I need a little help with AIS, I'm not a techy so please be gentle!
I have an RTL SDR which is working fine, I can hear AIS messages no problem using SDR Sharp.
Looking up past instructions I found the thread relating to AISdeco2 but none of the links to this plugin seem to work.
I have tried AISDecoder and AISDispatch but can't get either of them to decode signals.
Technically not an OpenCPN issue I suppose as there is no point int trying to get it to read signals unless they are decoded.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

AISdecoder is quite simple and reliable. It is just some small setup issue.

Thank you. I had a problem with setting up the batch file in the OPen CPN link, I eventually found the software which isn't where it says it is! Couldn't get AISDecoder to work either, operator fault probably! I don't think this stuff is for regular users way too technical for us mere mortals

AISdeco2 is evidently gone, but there is a repository which I have linked to in the manual.
There are many alternative decoders as well.

don`t know if this may help anyone anymore but found aisdeco2 for Windows by searching specifically filename: aisdeco2_windows_20180430.zip (name in the oCPN manual).
