AIS buddies in differnt Color or Icon

i cant`t find a function to make a real buddielist. there is a function "follower". it disable the alerts for this mmsi.

real buddielist means, to display the ais targest from the buddielist different to the "normal" ais targets (like other color or different icon).

some ideas if something is possible with opencpn -- System is win10pro 64bit - current version opencpn.
