AIS Boat Names on Android

I recently installed the Android OpenCPN on my Nexus 10 tablet from the Play Store. Everything is running great with one exception. I am using an online data stream for local AIS targets in SF Bay (207.7.139.10). For some reason it is not displaying the full data including boat names for Class A targets. Class B targets display properly. All targets are showing the real time location, speed and course.

Usually you will need not only the IP address for the data stream but also the port number.

Class B targets turn green with the reception of full data, all the Class A targets are staying yellow.

First it depends onto the relay station sending the data.
Second there are static and dynamic data for AIS.
Static data are send less often than dynamic data.
So wait more than 6 minutes to receive the full data of a target.

Not specific to Android, seems the same on all platforms.
I suspect a bug in the San Francisco TCP feed source.

If you try this Swedish feed, the targets go green pretty quickly.

Thanks Dave. Please let me know if you discover anything else. I would love to get this SF stream to work. Other than this issue it is great. It seems to be extremely close to real time. All the other AIS app services I have tried have a lot more delay than I would like.
