How to send AIS and MARPA data to another application running in the same computer using UDP or to another computer through network using OpenCPN

Try a network UDP output connection. Be sure to unselect input on the same connection.

AIS uses AIVDM and radar_pi for (M)ARPA use RATTM. See my two examples.
