5.8 support of right click to open location description

Earlier versions of OpenCPN allowed user to right-click on a chart location, such as a bridge (clearance), or a channel (dredged depth) or an obstruction to obtain additional information provided in NOAA ENC charts. Is there a work-around or a configuration I am overlooking.

Thanks in advance, a user since 2015.

BHM36..
The right click menu would have an item: "Object Query". That's what you're looking for I suppose. Also a double click on the object will open corresponding object query.

Agree, there should be 'Object Query'. In 5.6 'Object Query' follows 'Measure'. The window lists a series of functions -- measure, scale in, scale out, drop mark, etc. -- but no Object Query. Double click does not produce a response. Running on Win 10 Professional.

Just to be sure. Are the charts used really ENC, i.e. vector, and not RNC, i.e. raster?
