i removed the contents of the plugin folder, but it doesn't change anything.

hello yes I had read, but not found any action. I don't have time to do anything before the crash. there is nothing left in the plugin folder. I don't use ochart charts.
my other identical configuration except that it is an android 13 does not crash
I will try to move the maps folder so that its current path does not lead to anything

In your post #1 of this thread, you wrote: "Unable to access the configuration". Please note that, as far as I am concerned, I have android version 14, and like you, I am unable to access the configuration.
But, I have no crash.

So question for Dave : Is the android version number the issue here?

hello
it's the location of the charts data that's the problem.
i uninstalled, reinstalled the application. it works.
i point to my charts folder, which under Android 10 can be anywhere on the storage space, and it crashes.
