Winterizing a Westsail 32 Portland

I am winterizing my Westsail 32 for the first time. I have read the Perkins manual and watched a few YouTube videos. I would like to hire a marine mechanic to look over my shoulder as I change the oil and impeller, swap water with antifreeze and get the boat ready for winter. Can anyone recommend a competent Portland marine mechanic willing to work and teach at the same time?
