Insurance outside US waters

Does anyone have advice for an insurance carrier for non-US waters? I have a 45' monohull in the BVIs leaving one charter fleet, taking a 7-month trip to the East Coast and spending the summer/early fall in the Northeast, then returning to another charter fleet. I have insurance until I leave March 1 and after I sail it back October 1, but can't seem to find anyone flexible enough to write insurance for the 7 months in between.
Anyone have ideas of good companies to work with?

I'd call Al Golden at IMIS. (800)541-4647
They're long time professionals with sterling reputations, and if they can't place your coverage, they'll still tell you where to go looking for it. Al doesn't deal in "junk" insurers, so if you get a better quote elsewhere, don't feel shy to mention it. Often there's something important that's been left out of the other "comparable" policy.
